What Does the Process Look Like?

Global Group ensures a simple and transparent process for all patients from Bosnia and Herzegovina seeking treatment in Türkiye. From the first contact to post-treatment recovery, our support is with you at every step.

📌 Step 2: Analysis & Preliminary Medical Opinion ♥️

📌 Step 1: Initial Contact & Medical Documentation ♥️

• The patient contacts Global Group's office in Sarajevo (via phone, email, or in person).

• Our team listens carefully and records the patient's medical concerns.

• The patient submits all relevant medical records (CT, MRI, PET-CT, biopsies, histopathology, X-rays, discharge reports), either electronically or on CD/USB.

• Medical records are translated and sent to specialist doctors at our partner clinics in Türkiye.

• The patient receives a free second opinion from expert physicians.

• Within 2–3 business days, specialists provide a preliminary medical evaluation.

📌 Step 3: Treatment Plan & Financial Offer ♥️

• Global Group delivers a personalized treatment plan with proposed procedures.

• The patient receives a detailed cost estimate covering all aspects of care – including medical treatment, hospital accommodation, transportation, interpreter services, support staff, and lodging.

• Note: For patients unable to cover expenses, Global Group supports applications to the Federal Solidarity Fund and humanitarian organizations.

📌 Step 4: Appointment Confirmation & Travel Arrangements ♥️

• Once the offer is accepted, the patient informs the Global Group team at least 7 days before the intended travel date.

• Our team confirms the specialist’s availability at the selected clinic in Türkiye.

• Global Group assists with purchasing flight tickets for the patient and companion (if needed) – note: airfare is covered by the patient.

• The patient receives confirmation of hotel booking, ground transfers, and interpreter services.

📌 Step 5: Arrival in Türkiye ♥️

• Upon arrival, the patient is welcomed at the airport by a medical coordinator.

• During treatment, the patient is cared for by leading professionals at top-tier medical centers such as Medicana, Yeditepe, and Medipol.

📌 Step 6: Return & Post-Treatment Support ♥️

• Following treatment, we provide a medical report, all relevant documentation, and recovery guidance.

• All patients have continued access to our team for follow-up consultations and additional support.

For patients who cannot cover treatment costs on their own, we help prepare applications to the Federal Solidarity Fund, other relevant funding sources, and we secure additional support from the humanitarian organizations we partner with.
